Crepes! They are so fun!
My sister gave us the crepe pan and spatula in memory of our time together in France, and we love to use it.
They brown beautifully in the pan, and the recipe from Julia Child’s French Cooking Vol. 1 works perfectly.
We filled them with Nutella and rolled them up, covered with some freshly made strawberry jam and homemade whipped cream.
They were very good.
and didn’t last long.
